M.W Enterprises core team is comprised of Hugues Mpiga Sebuseruka and Umugaba Seminari. The team combines sales and market expertise with technical expertise in the field of metallurgy, welding and materials science.
Umugaba Seminari
President
Umugaba has accumulated fifteen years of experience in various aspects of materials, metallurgical engineering and physical assets management. He has performed assets assessment, utilization maximization and life cycle cost optimization in sulphuric acid plants, metallurgical concentrators, smelters, phosphate fertilizer plants, acid leach processing plants, and contributed to development of exploration drilling products.
Multilingual, fluent in English, French and Swahili; with an intermediate level in Spanish and Lingala, Umugaba has been involved in projects in more than fifteen countries, enabling him to refine his cultural sensitivity, flexibility and versatility. In the recent years, he has worked with Agrium in Alberta, Ambatovy Project in Madagascar, Raglan Mine in Nunavik Region of Québec, PASAR Smelter in the Philippines, Altonorte Smelter in Chile, along with Glencore Mines, Concentrators and Smelters in Canada.

With an entrepreneur mindset and proven leadership skills, Hugues has deep knowledge understanding of the local and regional market.
