Quality Assurance & Quality Control
2017-2019: Responsible for sulfuric acid plants and smelter capital projects QA-QC for Philippines Associated Smelter and Refinery (PASAR). Coordinated inspections and inspectors in USA, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia for the fabrication of acid coolers, acid towers, economizers/superheaters, uptake duct coding systems, converters and deaerators. Found and resolved non-conformances, preventing the client to receive equipment with defective parts.
2018: Recommended improvements to the QA-QC program for a manufacturing company in Rouyn Noranda, Québec, ensuring traceability and ISO 9001 readiness.
Shutdown Inspections
2016: Coordinated inspections activities during a hydrogen / air separation / acid plant shutdown at the AMbatovy Plant, in Madagascar. Successfully delivered back the plants to operations without any delay.
2014: Coordinated inspections activities during a month long phosphoric and sulfuric acid plants at the Atrium Plant, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

2017: Developed an inspection program for storage and process tanks for the Glencore Strathcona Mill, in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
2016: Developed piping and tanks inspection programs for Ambatovy, in Madagascar.
2014: Developed an inspection program for storage and process tanks for Agrium, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Product Development
2011-2013: Process improvement and diamond drilling bits developments for a French-based customer. Drill bits performance improved by 400%.
